If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a return on full-priced items within 14 days of the tracked delivery date, together with proof of purchase. Items must be in original unworn condition with all tags, belts and labels attached and in any original packaging such as dust bags. We do not accept returns on sale items.
For health reasons, we do not offer refunds for underwear, swimwear or jewellery, except where they are faulty or don’t match a sample or description provided.
Any items which are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match a sample or description provided may be returned for a full refund.
Unfortunately, any items purchased online, outside Australia or from David Jones or other retailers cannot be returned to our online store.
All refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. In this case, we recommend you return your item and re-purchase.
To arrange for a return, please ensure:
- You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- You provide your original receipt or order number
- The item is in original unworn condition with all tags, belts and labels attached, together with any original packaging and dust bags; and
- Items are securely packed to ensure they are adequately protected during transit;
- A returns request form is completed and accompanies your item
Postage costs will not be reimbursed, unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage costs will be paid by Thurley. Please contact customer service to organise this.
If you cannot comply with these requirements, we reserve the right to decline a request for refund on change of mind items.
